OAK & PINE STAIR & RAIL
FEATURES: A wall was removed on the right side of an existing lower half of a stair case to create a more open space atmosphere between the living room and kitchen requireing a reconfiguration of the stair design to make it symmetrical. The bottom ‘curtail’ step was squared off and the bottom 5 steps, skirt, trim and rails were removed, rebuilt and finished to match. The kitchen was remodeled by us as well.

LIPTUS, MAPLE & METAL DOWEL STAIR & RAIL
FEATURES: A custom fabrication and installation from engineered architectural plans of a liptus wood staircase with three flights, two landings with a railing composed of liptus, maple and metal dowels rail that continues to wrap around the opening created in this centrally located elaborate staircase. *Client requested it to be left unfinished.








DISTRESSED CHESTNUT ENGINEERED PRE-FINISHED STAIRS
FEATURES: This staircase and landing were a cosmetic resurfacing alongside the glue down flooring installation throughout the home. *Client chose to paint the stringer black (unfinished) themselves for contrast.
